This hotel provided excellent value for money with comfortable rooms and a big television. I was impressed by the attention to detail, such as the USB sockets on both sides of the bed, allowing me to charge my devices while I slept. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond, offering exceptional customer service and even crediting us breakfast as a goodwill gesture. The location on the outskirts of the city was ideal for our needs.
Everything was fine and there were no major issues that I encountered during my stay.

Located just off the Ferry Port, Premier Inn Portsmouth North Harbour is an ideal choice for those catching an early ferry. The spacious and clean rooms offer a lovely big bed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff are helpful and provide a warm welcome. Guests can enjoy a good priced evening meal at the nearby Beefeater restaurant. The hotel is also conveniently situated on the outskirts of Portsmouth near the M27, making it easily accessible for business travelers.
The breakfast is not available at the Premier Inn itself, but rather at the Beefeater next door.

All was fine.

Great weekend escape
We had an amazing time during our weekend escape. The hotel was strategically located near main attractions and restaurants in the area, which made it easy for us to plan our itinerary. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with well-maintained facilities. We slept comfortably in the comfy beds and enjoyed the hot shower after exploring the nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and gave us great recommendations for nearby attractions.
The breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options compared to other hotels. We felt disappointed that they cut out some staple breakfast items that we have come to expect from hotels in this price range.

The staff at this hotel were consistently friendly and efficient, even dealing with difficult customers. The spacious car park, with disabled spaces close to the door, was a convenient feature. the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay.
The breakfast layout was not well-designed, leading to overcrowding and guests feeling cramped in certain areas. The quality of the coffee also fell short, with the use of canisters and substandard coffee instead of the usual bean coffee found in other Premier Inns.
